Important notes for booking

1. Booking hours at the desk are from 9:30 am to 3:30 pm daily.
2. On the day bookings are available at the desk or by phone.
3. For group bookings (more than 10 people) please call us.
4. A confirmation e-mail will be sent after we confirm availability. Please bring the confirmation e-mail to the desk with you when you come to zip. If you did not receive a confirmation e-mail please be aware that the booking may not have been completed.
5. If you don’t receive a confirmation e-mail within 2 days, please call us.
6. The total hourly capacity with 2 lanes open is 40 people and with 1 lane open is 20. The hourly capacity may change depending on the date and the weather.. Please consult the calendar for the daily capacity.
7. Booking availability online may not be up to date. For the latest availability please call us.
8. Please read the Zip SkyRide Terms of service carefully before you book.
9. For any changes or cancellations, please call us.
10. Cancellation Policy: Day Before: 20% On the Day: 50%
